Dwight Trible

Dwight Trible (Red City Jazz Fest). Krivoy Rog (Ukraine), May 23, 2013.

May 23, 2013 in Krivoy Rog (Ukraine) hosted another concert at the festival Red City Jazz. This time the guest was the famous jazz vocalist Dwight Trible (http://dwighttrible.com/) – He is the Pharoah Sanders Quartet vocalist and sound engineer of the Horace Tapscott Pan Afrikan People’s Arkestra.

He was accompanied by Ukrainian musicians:

– Eugene Pugachev (guitar) – a young Ukrainian musician, studied in Kharkov, then in Poland, as part of the project Polar Expedition (Ukraine-Poland-Norway) has performed at festivals in Western Europe and in Ukraine.

– Igor Gnidin (drums) – a dynamic and expressive musician from the Lvov.

– Andrew Arnautov (contrabass) – the most “an underground” musician in the jazz community. He studied at the Rostov-on-Don, and then went to America, where he continued his studies at the College of Music and worked for several years in the same place. Participated in many interesting jazz and folk-rock project, composer, has released several CDs.
